Anyone else diagnosed with Dyshidrotic Eczema and how do you cope with an outbreak? - dyshidrotic eczema trea

I had the worst outbreak of the last two weeks. The blisters were so bad on one leg, I was on crutches to avoid that pressure on my foot. Also part of my foot had spread on the hands, arms, and a little bit into my ankle. My other foot, only 3 or 4 lamps. He was killed Friday, was like an injection of steroids, and steroids for a few days. The cream that does not work, I used to stop the spread as it should.
Just wondering if anyone has found a way to keep poor, the control over the bubbles before they spread.
