Dry Cervix Before Af Cervix Position.. Ladies Help?!?

Cervix position.. ladies help?!? - dry cervix before af

I BD 22 and I was raised to ovulation the cervix 23 (to the point where I couldnt believe .. and had protein strain relief .. sorry TMI) .. last week my cervix was (very low to the point where just put my fingers .. feeling there and it's hard, dry and sealed. and now today my neck is a little more wet, more flexible, and instant messaging with a feed back .. this really happened to me personally .. AF does not come until 9 ... but you can help answer these questions for me?

What is the position of my neck just before AF?
What would happen if I thought?
